I like bugs. A whole lot.
I thrive on color and scent.
In a bowl, combine:
-10oz mixed black and green olives, drained.
-3 cloves garlic, crushed and coarsely chopped.
-1 1/5 teaspoons dried Herbes de Provence.
-3 pinches crushed red pepper.
-1 1/5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
Refrigerate in air tight container overnight. Bake in casserole dish for 3 hours @ 225F. Stir after each hour.
